    Refunds:
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in perfect re-saleable condition with all tags and original, unopened packaging for a refund to be considered.
    Postage costs will not be refunded or return postage reimbursed.

    Please follow the steps below if you wish to return your item(s) and apply for a refund:
    1. Email us at hello@thedandelionden.com and let us know that you wish to return an item(s) with order number and reasons for wishing to return
    2. Package your item(s) up securely and post them to us using a secure and traceable courier and keep your proof of postage
    3. Return the item(s) to the address below:
      The Dandelion Den, 82 Errol Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 4QG
    Refund process:
    Once your item has been received and inspected by us we will email you to let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved it will be processed within 10 working days and credited back to the card/account you used to pay.
    Exchanges:
    We will only exchange items if they are damaged through no fault of your own. If you need to exchange an item for the same item please email us at hello@thedandelionden.com with your order number and reason for wanting an exchange.
    Letterbox Gifts:
    If you received the item as a letterbox gift and wish to return it, please follow the returns process above and then we will email you a gift certificate for the value of the gift (minus delivery charges).
    Sale items:
    Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on sale items.
